Mercotac® offers a comprehensive range of reliable solutions for various two-wire applications, including the Mercotac 205 series plus the Mercotac 2152K, Mercotac 230, and Mercotac 235 models. The Mercotac 205 models are particularly suitable for low-power applications such as sensors. Notably, the Mercotac 205 model serves as a direct replacement for the older model Mercotac 590, which was used in Leslie speakers and Hammond organs.
The Mercotac 2152K model is ideal for high voltage applications like ultrasonic welding. The Mercotac 230 and Mercotac 235 models are specifically designed for higher current applications, making them well-suited for purposes such as medical devices, fans, lifts, packaging machinery, electric heating systems, and more.
These solutions provide a low-resistance Mercotac connection, eliminating wear, oxidation, and electrical noise commonly associated with alternative brush-type slip rings. - Mercotac 205 is ideal for two-wire applications, such as thermocouples, strain gages, eddy current test devices, and wind turbine blade sensors, due to its compact size, quality signal connection, low torque and low cost.
Model Mercotac 205 replaces the old model Mercotac 590 for Leslie speakers and Hammond organs.
