MERCOTAC ONE CONDUCTOR
Mercotac® offers low power and high power solutions for one-conductor applications. The Mercotac 104, Mercotac 105, Mercotac 110, and Mercotac 110T models are ideal for shaft grounding as well as implementing a static charge. In HVAC and VFD motors they prevent costly bearing damage with their reliable, low-cost, and long-lasting connection. For high-current applications such as welding cable reels and plating electrodes, the Mercotac 1250 and Mercotac 1500 series offer multiple configurations. Mercotac One Conductor products are also well suited for mineral processing equipment, electroplating, moisture sensing, 3D metal printing, and much more. These solutions are based on a superior principle, with a liquid metal electrical conduction path molecularly bonded to the contacts. This results in an extremely low-resistance Mercotac connection that remains constant and unchanged for the slip ring’s life, unlike brush-type slip rings that suffer from wear, high electrical resistance, oxidation, and resistance fluctuations leading to electrical noise. By utilizing Mercotac Brushless Slip Rings, you can avoid these issues and enjoy reliable, long-lasting connections.
